I have a 39 ft 2003 Kountry Star on a Workhorse chassis. The "joystick" that controls the mirrors has ceased to function. It still lights up but does not move the mirrors. There is no resistance to motion through the handle. Where can I get a replacement and how do I find out what brand of mirrors I have on this unit? thanks; Dave

Hi dmpoo1,
There are several places to look before going to the dealer.
1. Coach documentation sometimes has the mirror specs.
2. Take the switch out and see if there is a mfg name on it.
3. While the switch is out, make sure all the wires are plugged in the switch.
4. While the switch is out, measure if power is passing through the switch.

If all else fails, contact your local Newmar dealer.
