Well...It's home!

The DW and I picked up the new (to us) 03 KSDP today! Just got home after spending all afternoon going through it. Found a few more issues that they will fix in a couple of weeks. She is really preeeettyyy! (The wife is too ).

Anyway, I am now officially a MH owner/driver!

Congradulations, the KSDP is a great motorhome. I'll be interested in your take of the differences of a 5th wheel to MH after you have made a trip or two. Happy travels.

Hope your Disney trip goes well, Bob. Bet you can't wait to pick up the new MH!

I removed the pic temporarily until I can down size it a little.

Thank-you everyone for the well wishes.

We took it out on Fri and Sat for a quick trip locally. Found a few more minor issues. Overall, it was great! The DW says she loves the MH and would not want to go back to the fifth wheel.

On the downside...I came in the driveway (for the fourth time) and had to come in a little fast due to approaching traffic. The left front bottomed out and gouged the front cap on the bottom.

There ya go Ed & Deb its now offical.
Slow down and wait for that traffic to clear you have a heavy MH there don't want to crack the front CAP.

Thanks for the official Nemar member tag.

I do not drive fast. Unfortunately, my driveway is right off a major route with a curve just past the driveway. Once I commit to the turn into the driveway I have to go. In this case I had partially moved into the opposing lane (partially across the road) when a car came around the curve at a high rate of speed. I had to goose the accellerator pedal to get out of the road.
