My "LIST"

Every time we spend more than a weekend in the coach, I compile a list of things I notice that need attention or improvements that I want to do on the coach to make it "ours". The last trip really made it a two pager. Does anyone else do this or am I crazier than first thought?

My "LIST"

I think itís Newmaritis. No cure.

Or take a long trip. I had this for 2-3 months then I got it all settled in and now just relax. A few tweaks here and there but I love my setup and itís pretty settled in.

Yep, always a list. Items to repair, upgrade etc....
After 3 years the list is shrinking and less gets added.

You are not alone. I have a list I keep on my I-phone notes so I can update it at anytime. Many of the items on the list are a result of great ideas I find here on IRV2 and the little things that go bump on the road. We have been in the Rio Grande Valley all of November and my list is as short as it has been in months.

Yup same thing here but list is getting smaller so a 2019 is on the horizon with new bugs and upgrades.
I really don't understand why anyone takes factory delivery at extra cost when we end up there after the first trip which surfaces all the problems.

Amen to that! Dutch Star Don is a major contributor, or should I say "Enabler" to my lists.

I keep a list for our coach as well. Lucky for me it mostly consists of "nice to do's", and upcoming routine maintenance.

Now, the list for the S & B is another matter entirely! It has grown from a small list to a three part mini-series over the years. Sometimes the only things that change on the list from day to day is adding additional items to the list!

I made up a Log some years ago that we used every day. One of the separators says "Job Jar". In that one I write down whatever I think needs to be addressed when I get time.

I also have portions that keep track of campgrounds we have stayed at and how we rated them.

Easy to use as we just fill it out at the start of the day and finish at the end.

We also have a journal that we fill in day by day recording our experiences while on the road. Memories made!

What is fun is to look back four or five years and compare fuel prices and places where you've been. Talk about memories.

No list, not any more. When the coach is 12+ years old there is not much else to do. Besides, if I make a list the darn thing is always staring me in the face. With no list, I do things as I remember them. Works well at my age.

Gary, you need a new coach along with the new problems that come with it..
