When we bough our RV from PSRV, most of the windows were already fogged. They ordered new windows from Newmar and we returned it to them for the replacement. I am happy with their service. Too bad they are so far away from us. I really don't have anybody that I know I can trust here in the Austin area, so far.

I appreciate this thread. Looking to move back to Dallas (Plano Frisco area) or maybe West of Austin. This will help me a lot with service.

The next item on my RV checklist is indoor storage for my MADP.

I have used Crestview RV in Buda on several occasions, and am happy with their service. Their Director of service, Cedric, is a friend of mine. They are not a Newmar dealer, but rather sell WBGO and Tiffin, among others.

The monthly rate for a 40' is $305/mo. They bring it out and put it away for you. When you are picking up for a trip they check batteries, tire pressure, etc. What does the MACV21 in your user name mean?

Nam. Was in the 1st and 7th SF Group and then an advisor in II Core.

That's what I figured. I was in 6th Group for a short time then to RVN. Advisor in III Corps and then moved to CCN.

A lot of gallows humor back then (like any war zone).

2 weeks after Nixon announced that we had no troops in Laos or Cambodia I was with the RVNs about 5 miles inside Laos dropping sensors on the Ho Chi Menh trail.

Accidents happen and they decided that was where we needed to be. Not much choice since they were leading the mission.

After spending a number of years in the far east it sure was nice to be back state side.

Yeah, at CCN we spent most of our time where we weren't supposed to be.

Terry is the person I'm working with at NIRVC and is very nice, responsive to my questions and our new CS 3612 is being built right now at the Newmar factory. I'm scouring these boards to see what I might want to add while being assembled and so far only requesting the extra HDMI from the entertainment cabinet to the bedroom. Ours has the drop down front bunk which requires relocating the AV equipment to the cabinet mid coach where the TV is installed so just a short run back to the bedroom I think is worth it.

NIRVC is great to work with and I enjoy the convenience of starting a trip by driving my car in to their secure lot, leaving it under the awning next to my RV that has been pulled out and plugged in, refrigerator is cold, AC is on, tires and battery checked, and then just driving away in my RV knowing my car will be stored inside until I return, when it will be back out under the awning for me to drive away. Well worth the $300/month for that level of service and security.

We had a great purchase experience at PSRV for our Newmar, and would recommend them in that regard. We had a few items on our "punch list" for which they had to order parts, etc. We took the coach back and they did everything we had agreed upon. However I have been unable to get them to even return calls after the fact to schedule service so I can't comment on that aspect of their business.

Tom, I'm surprised, I have never had much problem getting service on the phone. Usually, I just go by so I can talk to them about what I want done. Of your KS is a diesel and you are talking about annual service, they do not do diesel service.
