Need help identifying vibration from front

I was driving my 2007 Newmar Kountry Star (Spartan MM) home from the repair center when I began experiencing a rumbling sound, like going over a rumble strip only it was not coming from the road. (It is typical that this did not happen on the way to the repair center). The sound was intermittent and would cease when you accelerated, only to return again a few minutes later. This did not occur every time you took your foot off the accelerator, but randomly.

I pulled over to make sure it wasn't a tire, made sure the engine brake was off, and engine cover was latched. The really odd thing is it sounds like it is coming from the front.

Can anyone tell me what this might be?

Did any of the service you had performed on the RV involve the front axle? Tires and wheels removed to check brakes? Check lug nuts for proper torque. Does the rumbling change with speed?

Is ride height correct? If it never happened before the service, I'd return to the shop and see what they say.
