I don't know how to remove the wood trim around our rear TV. It appears to maybe have 4 wood dowels covering the screw holes. How can I remove these without causing any damage? Thanks for any help.

They are wood plugs and can be removed by driving a wood screw through the center forcing the plug out.
I used a drywall screw and my screwdriver/drill.
Replacement plugs are available from Newmar parts in various wood finishes.

Route 66...thanks so much for responding...but I'm not sure I totally understand. How does driving a screw into the plug, force it out? Thanks again.

When the screw penetrates the wood plug it hits the wood screw that is behind the plug holding the wood trim on. If the plug is tight, this forces the plug out. If the plug is loose, just pull the screw and plug out.

Well that's clever. I'm going to give it a try here shortly. Thanks again.
