Need help with Identification 07 KSDP 3912 switch and power cord

Ok, new to us KSDP......have no idea what the big white switch on the passenger console controls? Others are labelled. Next photo is from the electrical storage compartment. What is the 120 v dangling plug for?

The plug/cord is most likely the block heater.

Have no idea what the white switch is unless it controls the bin lights. My bin light switch is on the front of that " console" and this could be a replacement switch????. The electrical cord is for the engine heat. When it is plugged into a 110 reception in that same area, then the engine heat switch in the upper cabinet on passenger side will turn the heater on and off.

That white switch had to be installed by the previous owner. Newmar wouldn't have done that.
