We are Fulltimers in need of replacement glass for a driver's side lower half power window for a '06 Newmar Dutch Star 4023 part 74596.

We had to break it out at 3am after a long battle to get back into our coach when the lock and/or door handle failed yesterday. Yeah, the dog was inside.

Thanks for any suggestions!

You might try Roy's Glass in Dudley,Mass 860-963-1061
They are on the Mass (Dudley) /Ct. (Thompson) border. I have used them about 5 times for my car, my Jeep and my Holiday Rambler windshields. They will come to you.
They didn't seem to have any problems any time that they serviced my vehicles, and they are very reputable and their work is first class. At the worst, they can point you in the correct direction.

They have done repairs for me in Ma. and Ct.

I had the drivers side windshield replaced on our '02 Newmar Mt. Aire at Dave's in Connecticut. They did a terrific job. That was last August and we have had no issues with it.

In case our solution helps others, Newmar has the glass we need in stock and they are rushing it to the next campground on our itinerary. Gambrell & Sons in Portsmouth, RI has agreed to come to the campground and install it. They were recommended by the campground. All other avenues were much more expensive, or just couldn't work.

Repairs are done! Cost about $100 (plus shipping) for parts, and just under $100 for about two hours of labor. We are happy campers.
