I watched the video and they mentioned a price point but never said what it is. Is it known what the approximate MSRP's would be on these units.

Note that the Ventana LE, being Newmar's entry level diesel pusher does not have Comfort Drive.

Also single pane windows are standard instead of dual pane. By the time I optioned in all the things I might want the price would be up to the non-LE . That's one reason why we ended up with the Canyon Star instead of the Bay Star.

We looked at the LE 3862 at Tampa. The display model showed an MSRP of a little over $220,000.00 which included "some" optional items, but I don't remember the specifics.
As others have mentioned, the LE is reverse speak for Entry Level. These coaches are "nice" but they are not on par with the newer, more expensive "regular" Ventana coaches, IMO. Vinyl floor tiles and lack of Comfort Drive are among the differences to help lower the cost.
Apparently, you do get what you pay for!

FWIW, I'm thinking Newmar may need to re-consider their decision to delete your baby from the LE, as Comfort Drive has become one of the big differences between Newmar coaches and their competition.
Congrats on adding Newell to your customer list!

The challenge has not changed. If one wants to compete in a new target market how does one do it? A new price point needs to be met. Since floor plan sells the coach, Newmar may have entered the first time DP buyer target market in a very successful way. A 38' bath and 1/2 floor plan, wow. It should turn heads and put the Newmar Brand up for consideration when the first time buyer is making their short list of coaches. Soon Newmar will find out if Comfort Drive is of value to the first time DP buyer.
With the USA economy struggling and the banks still tight fisted, the lower priced coaches are what buyers can get financed.

Interesting...but really a third of the usable space (plus or minus) is bathroom...isn't that a bit strange?

I don't think I'd buy another without Comfort Drive. Just my opinion. In fact, if I get the chance, I'm going to flip mine just for the CD and the full slide. Only thing is the DW don't like the dark cabinets that's in all the ones we looked at.

The Ventana does have both but the entry level Ventana LE does not.

Dual pane is a option on LE and I bet if you got it built you could get the heavy vinyl tiles also instead of the vinyl flooring.
Tiles which are hard, would be better because the vinyl flooring may ripple as it ages from rollers on slides.
