Since you have a 2019 you should still be in warranty. I suggest reporting it as a warranty item.

We've got an appointment at Camp Newmar in early September to knock off a few items. I'll put this on the list too and come back to the thread if they find anything.

I was getting smells in my 1/2 bath. Yesterday I found the air admittance valve lying loose in the back of the cabinet under the sink. Just screwed it back in.

For the toilet value - how do you check that its working correctly? Does the valve operate in a way that can be visually inspected?



Sorry if this is obvious, I just don't have the experience to know what to look for.

The air admittance valve allows air to enter the vent pipe but not exit. Unscrew it and blow into it. It should not allow air out. Then suck on it , it should allow air in.
You can decide how to do this , but I recommend a vacuum.

All - If using HCamper, mix up the powder with water before putting into drain/WC, make sure it's all been absorbed into the liquid. It works great, but it is abrasive to electric valves, i.e. drain master ones in my case, replaced two of them, now when using HC make sure it's a liquid solution before I put into tank. New Coach came with Thetford chemical in pods, which I used with great results, by filling bowl and putting on the side, letting them dissolve, and swishing around the bowl (also cleans bowl too), and once all liquid, flushed and was done.
