New Aire slides won’t Come in and jacks sporatic

Never had any issues before but after successfully retracting the jacks this morning, the front slides would not come in on my New Aire 3341. Both rear slides worked great. I tried reversing the process and then the jacks would not extend. Calls to Newmar, Hwh, services of mobile tech and 6 hours later, it was determined 2 screws on the hydraulic pump came loose. They needed 1-2 turns each so electrical ground is properly provided to hydraulic pump. FYI if you ever run across this issue. Pictures attached. Pump is located just behind the front bumper. The bolts attach pump to brackets. Similar issues can happen is ground wire to attached solenoids is lost.

Thanks for the information.
May never have been tighten properly, I found a loose battery ground cable on chassis battery when I first got my coach after a few no starts.
You do need ground for some items to operate.
