New Aire wet bay tear down. Tank sensors and water pump

I really am cursed. I knew I was going to tear down the wet bay at some point to fix my gray tank sensor issue, but I rescheduled it for today because --- drumroll --- my water pump failed. Someone hates me.

I have a video that covers it all:

The water pump issue was a bad factory (Pentair) connector and the sensor issue is some sort of corrosion due to some sort of fluid from something I can't determine. I'll be contacting Silverleaf for a new connector tomorrow. Once it's replaced, my gray tank sensor should be back in business.

Feel free to shoot me any questions about the wet bay. I'm pretty familiar with it now

I'm almost becoming numb. I'm literally training myself to be an RVIA certified tech ... I'm ready to become a registered tech (just need to take the test). All these issues I'm now handling myself are just additional training

Warranty?
I have 13,000 miles on my 18DS, in for repairs soon, just normal stuff, on way back from current road trip. No dealer to repair?

Itís part of my never ending saga with newmar and their dealers. Yes it should have been done under warranty. I reported intermittent issues. They couldnít reproduce. When they got it back from body shop, they clearly didnít test the systems - it was in hard fault at that point. Theyíre two hours away and I wasnít going to leave it with them AGAIN for who knows how long (a week at least) after driving there to pick it up and take it to an appointment with Freightliner (which I would have had to cancel) etc etc. I lost all faith in them after the other stuff I discovered in my post-service walkthrough so Iím done. Done with it all.

Iím literally getting myself RVIA technician certified so newmar etc will ship me parts and I will do my own repairs. Because so far, everything else about this process has been incredibly unacceptable.

Hey you should ask them how many of there own techs are certified. I know for a fact the one who spent a week with us doing FPU was not. Requiring others to do what they donít kind of sounds like my expieriance with Government!
