I don't know. I've heard Newmar has sold coaches that had some problems without warranty. While near 32% is a good discount, I'ld walk. For straight cash you could get near that deal, maybe near 28/30 points off and order what you want, with a warranty.

I agree with Lug_Nut.....There are TOO many other opportunities to purchase a NEW coach with WARRANTY,than to make this kind of a deal....

The market is SOFT!! It's truly a buyer's market if you do your homework.

If you're looking for a 2006 coach,start calling the dealers.....they're out there.

If you're in Florida and Georgia, there are a BUNCH of east coast dealers....From North Carolina to Florida, lot's to choose from...

Thanks for all the responses I still think it strange that a manufacturer would sell a lot of coaches to a dealer with no warranty.. Now if everything like appliances etc and chassis has a warranty then just maybe I might go a head with deal if I can get a few thousand more knocked off.. will keep all posted and have a good weekend..

Update.. seller emailed me and said Spartan warranty would apply, and 5 year would cover appliances, a/c's etc.. does not look like structure built on chassis would have any warranty what-so-ever.. another thing of concern is what if it caught on fire & Insurance company after investigating said it was a manufacturing defect and would not cover loss, I don't know that they could do that but since I purschased it knowing it did not have a factory warranty & it being a 2006 with 400 miles..who knows.. oh well have to think long and hard on this one.

With all the hidden concerns, I don't think the price is low enough to take a chanch on.
