I've had a ton of them, with an '07 Kountry Star. Some of them happened on the way down to the southwest, and are mostly mechanical, so Newmar really can't be faulted for that.

BUT -- I was listening to the tech, in Oregon, on the phone with Newmar. Nobody had a wiper motor in the area, and Newmar couldn't get one to me in time, because I had to leave for other appointments. I already had an appointment set up down here in Tucson, to replace the heat pump. That was all set up by the dealer that I bought the coach from. So I gave them this address, and Newmar was going to send down a wiper motor, so that and the heap pump could be installed at the same time. The phone call was completed before I left.

I got down here, and no heat pump and no wiper motor. After calling Newmar, there was no record of any calls -- I wasn't annoyed before, but NOW I am. So we have to start over, and I have to drive back here for another appointment. Great.

I can't be the only one this has happened to. Is something going on at Newmar?
