Hi, we're new to this form and looking forward to learning about Newmar. We just sold our old gasser and are in process of purchasing an 2001 Dutch Star on a Spartan chassis.

We've been RVing for over 15 years and have been in all 50 states and several providences in Canada. Enjoy RVING very much.

I have to agree with Spoonman. I purchased a 98 Mountain Aire 6 months ago and this forum has been of great help to me in fixing little items and upgrading others.

Welcome, and I hope you enjoy your Dutch Star as much as we enjoy our coach.

Chris

frannbob: WELCOME to the Newmar iRV2 Forum. You're likely going to find it an extremely great place for rig specific info. It's been a tremendous help to us and the folks who post here are exceptionally nice people. Again, welcome. Steve & Lynette

Welcome to the forum. The '01 DSDP on a Spartan is a great rig to have. I used to have an '02 DSDP. It was a terrific running unit that seemed to never have a problem. What engine is in yours, a Cummins ISC, 350?

Thanks for all the welcomes. Everything we see about Newmar seems great-people, owners and products. The coach we are considering is the Cummins ISC 330hp.
