And of course, they went live Friday afternoon when no one is left in the office, until Monday!

Apparently they are not up and running fully yet.

Newgle it’s up and running, looks really nice, at least for my limited computer knowledge.

I just tried the new site. It is not 100% ready for use. I checked a few items. Searching for “Tank Heaters” provided zero hits relevant to the ones in my 2017 Bay Star. Documentation for my Automotion manual shades is hard to access due to non displayed page elements.

Other information is improved, or at least not any worse.

They could use a link for error reporting on each page.

They also have a user settings section that could be updated to contain things like coach year/model to prioritize search results.

So sorry to hear.

I'm still waiting for my email and logon.

As a new Newmar owner I was looking forward to online information about my coach. I know the service technicians at our dealership also used (old) Newgle when working. If it's as bad as everyone is saying, not sure if it will have value for them now.

After having looked around the Newgle site for a bit, I concur that it is not what it could be. My suspicion is that Newmar was feeling the heat to get the site back up and the developer was behind schedule. As soon as they got a shell built, they made it live to take a little heat off.

I can live with that approach...if...the site shows steady improvement from this point on. I've been in their shoes and it is a tough spot to be in. It certainly could have been handled a lot better than it was, but that's water under the bridge. Let's hope they now pick up the ball abd run with it over the next few weeks.

Very disappointing

Old Newgle was more model year and component specific the new site is generic and not model specific anymore. It requires you to drill down now. Checking our roof A/C unit for example had many listings of A/C units and you have to click on every one to find your unit and year, HORRIBLE. I gave up. Also I found many landing pages were dead links.

I thought the old Newgle was much better and model and year specific. Very disappointing that they took a great resource and ruined it.

Newgle is up, but unless you have plenty of free time for searching through the many items shown, and clicking the hard to see tabs with manufacturer names to determine what actual manufacturer and model of item you have, it's still essentially worthless. Many areas are still not present for the New Aire. Maybe focusing on products in older coaches first?

Better than the old site? If you need a graphical picture instead of text to select the category of what you're looking for then maybe some consider it better. Pictures and information still lacking. Some links don't work. Nothing I've seen yet meets the promise of meeting Newmar’s tagline “When you know the difference” as quoted in the letter.

Hopefully they quickly move forward with progress on the site and like before, link the products shown to our specific coach models, or we will continue to struggle to get information.

Got my logon info, logged on and poked around for a few minutes. Didn't have anything I needed to find so logged off. Looks a bit clunky. We'll see ....

Took a week to get my email from them-- not very timely.

Never had difficulty getting onto Newgle. I just have problem with lack of information. Didn't find drawings, schematics, specific info for my coach?
Most is general and directs you to other references. It's a great idea but it needs the "meat"

We received our new Newgle login info a couple of days ago. They changed the login I'd to our email address. That's easy to remember. And we got to choose our own password. Don't really care for the new site though. It seems to be more generic information, rather than coach specific.

Tried to logon and Newgle doesn't recognize my password (worked 2 days ago). Tried the "forgot password" link and it is non-responsive. Heavy sigh .....
