Newmar 2016 grouts / sealants

Anyone know the current (default) Newmar grout/ sealant materials & procedures, esp. for the Dutch Stars?

I'm not a tile expert, but I felt the grout in a new (on lot) DSDP and it "felt" unsealed to me - powdery, sort of grainy/ loose on the surface.

I see in old threads that at least at some point, Newmar was using epoxy grout, which Google tells me:

"why this type of grout is not used all the time. First, most installers find it harder to use than cementitious grout. Also, it has a more plastic appearance which, as with all matters of aesthetics, some people like and some don't. Also, it is much more difficult to shape and slope; this can be done easily with cementitious grout and is often needed to transition from one tile to another. It may also slump in the joint hours after the floor is finished because the grout becomes less viscous initially as it heats up and cures. Lastly, it generally takes days longer to cure and must be kept rigorously clean. And it can cost three to eight times as much as cementitious grout."

Since the coaches are on the production line for only what, about a week, it doesn't seem that they are left to cure for "days."

Thoughts, musings, expertise & experience?

Our DSDP is on order but we do not have the build date yet.

Thx!

Since you have a Newmar on order, call them and they will be more than happy to answer your questions.
