I have been like a kid waiting for Christmas since bringing the Bay Star home in March...LOL. Had the "plugs out test" last weekend in the driveway....the dog and I spent one evening and the night running on batteries only...TV going, lights, furnace...monitored the battery usage. All systems passed. Heading out this wednesday for 5 nights of boondocking in the Canadian foothills...can't wait!

TW - Where did you get your data on this. From what I saw in a couple visits to the factory, I would have thought they sold more DP's.

The Bay and Canyon Star Brands have been Newmar's top sellers for at least the last 2 or 3 years.

They are gas am I correct its much like the Kountry Stars of old when they were the gas line coach's, still enjoying our 8 year old KS.

Enjoy your gas coach's new Newmar owners.

Not to surprising. Those are the least expensive models in the lineup. OTOH, I think they do sell more DPs than Gassers. But there are 5 models of DP, and only 2 gasser models.

Oops. 6 DP models. They added the Ventana LE.

Just to show how far down the industry is...when those dedicated workers bulit mine and Rogers back in 2003, it was 17 per DAY. A mix of fivers, gassers, and DPs all moving sidways thru the assembly line, in harmony and with great efficiency.
