Newmar After Warranty Long Term Support

Does Newmar provide support after the warranty is up. For example if I need something repaired or desire a modification that's not too crazy, can I make an appointment and pay to have it done at the factory?

If yes, is there a time limit, for example can I expect to use the factory 10 years down the road?

Thanks!

Newmar runs a winter, off season, special on labor rates. But you need to make reservations now for this coming winter. And yes they will work on older rigs as well as new ones.
They only do it for a few months each year, then they won't even take a reservation for any paid work.

Yes they will work on older coaches. As MR_D mentioned going in the winter is a good idea, with their labor rates lowered you get a nice saving too.

Hi ekim,
I have an 05 coach. Newmar continues to provide the service needed for the coach. They are so busy getting an appointment can be a PITA. Winter does provide a bit more flexibility however they will provide an appointment anytime during the year.

They still work on our 1999. Yes. Schedule appointment and clearly define what you want. Please don't ask for many "add ons" once there. Great people and workmanship.

Yes, Newmar provides great support to me and my 2004 coach. I have the sidewalls replaced, repainted and a number of other things done at Newmar this last winter. You need to make an appointment and you need to plan well ahead.
