What is wrong? If it is broken, I have bad news for you. My previous coach had one of the two "cords" operational. The other cord was broken. I was told before I bought the rig that parts were not available. I researched replacement parts thoroughly and could not find any. I simply pulled that side of the shade around the windshield with my hands and secured it to the other half with 2 clothes pins. The only potential source of repair parts would likely be from a RV salvage yard. There's one in Joplin, MO called Colaw.
