I've found e-mail contacts to most any business to be essentially useless. Pick up the phone and call Newmar customer service. Explain your need for a replacement screw for a 2017 Dutch Star (that is probably still under warranty, or awfully close to it). Offer to pay a reasonable price but not to buy a box of a thousand as the parts guy told you. I'd give pretty long odds that something can be worked out.
If not, escalate your request to the next level. Go to the top if you have to, just on principle. I'll bet Matt Miller isn't willing to get a black eye from a 2017 Dutch Star owner over a 50-cent wood screw!

The posts re Kreg pocket screws are absolutely correct and are avail at big box hardware stores.
You may not find them hanging with the other screws.
Ask where the Kreg pocket screw kits and supplies are... usually with the hand & power tools drills saw blades etc.
There are 2 head styles... one like yours and another w a rounded head w larger base ( ? correct term?)
Also avail w course or fine thread and different lengths.
If you want to order them search for Kreg pocket screws

Pocket hole screws. Send me your address and I’ll send you a few. I order them by the box. Newmar orders them by the case[emoji4]

Now, that's a generous offer, Bill. Nicely done!
I still can't imagine why the Newmar parts guy couldn't have done the same.

For future reference: Fastenal dealers can get just about anything with threads on it. Mine sells retail, in small quantities, at reasonable prices.

Take the screw out of a cabinet that does not get much use and use it to replace broken/missing screw. Then put a sheet metal screw in the cabinet that gets limited openings. All the best.

I used power pro cabinet screws from lowes or home depot, they come in several sizes and lengths, try this , https://mobileimages.lowes.com/produ...8902062062.jpg

I’ve sent him several that are the size he asked for.
