Just purchased a Newmar Canyon Star year 2010. Used but like new with only 500 miles. Been fine for a few months until today. On generator power the control panel shows going in and out of power with fluctuation in power. I can watch the display panel display from normal operation to no power but still have power in the motorhome. Checked the automatic transfer switch and the light is lit green. Same issue when plugged into house via shoreline. Inverters appear to be working fine. Can't figure out what it going on. Could it be the automatic transfer switch? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Congratulations on your new Newmar, Nj1963.
In your transfer switch check for some loose wiring under screws for power leads from your Gen, load center and shore line.
The load center lines in transfer switch would be common to all outlets into your coach.
Some of your 110 outlets maybe wired off your inverter so you will have power off batteries.
The wiring over time can become loose by vibration and some of the wiring is stranded cabling and load center wiring maybe twisted #12 romex for feeds.
If you do find some screws loose you will save yourself trouble later from high resistance connection heating up and burning wire insulation and other possible problems.
Its a good idea to check all wiring connections in switch and load centers during annual inspections.
Have your power off when checking and be careful not to short out circuit board in TS.

nj1963 - Do I understand correctly that ONLY the control panel shows a fluctuation and there is no noticeable or measurable change of power or fluctuation in the RV???

Checked all the power with a meter. All was fine coming from the ATS and the Fuse panel. Contacted Numar and we traced it to the inverter that kept trying to switch back and forth from generator power. Thanks for all of the help. Greatly appreciated.

I meant the converter. Just replaced it and we are back up and running.
