Any others out there with a canyon star 3810? We have ordered this model and we, me and the family, can't wait to take delivery sometime in may.

We have a Canyon Star 3647 and couldn't be happier with our choice. Had a Winnebago previously and this coach compares very favorably with their gas line-up. Welcome to the world of Newmar and ranks of CS owners.......post pics when you get it.

No, but one can be added as an aftermarket item. There are many to choose from.

Does the Ford chassis/engine have enough power for the unit and do any of you pull a dingy?

All the Ford's I had I had the Banks system installed on them with trans command.
The newer Ford F-53 are much improved for RV chassis's.
Engine spec's
The older chassis were truck chassis Ford has said the new ones are built for the RV industry to carry the coach box, WHICH I had to beef up spring suspension on mine.
I think you will be fine for tow and you can post in Ford Chassis forum for more info.

While you will not set any speed records, especially towing in the mountains, the Ford V-10 has all the power you will need. I have towed a small car all over the country the past six years and plan on towing a Ford Escape starting this year.
