Does anyone have the contact information (email) for Matt Miller?

How about "Engineering", and "Production"?

Thank You!

The Newmar email naming convention is first initial followed by full last name @newmarcorp.com, so in Matt’s case, I expect it would be mmiller@newmarcorp.com.

That said, it’s fairly typically for a CEO or other well known executive to have an email address which follows the standard corporate naming convention which their executive assistant or more likely a PR Team or Chief of Staff monitors and manages for them, cherry picking items which make it to their desk. At the same time, they will have a secondary email that uses a pseudonym or alternative naming convention (which is not publicly known and often does not accept emails from outside of the company) which they do personally check.

The point being not to overwhelm the CEO with direct customer emails. That’s why they have PR Teams and Customer Service teams and the like.

Not saying Newmar deploys any of these practices but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did, nor would I vilify them for doing so.

No matter my question, I’ve always had really good luck reaching out to Michelle Howard (mhoward@newmar.com), apologizing for sending her an email that is outside her wheelhouse and politely asking her to forward it to the appropriate Newmar contact.

Who do you email and/or call to make a service appointment in Nappanee? I am not sure of the correct procedure any more.

Mapnerd is spot on. He will probably never see it
When I attempted to reach Mr. Miller a few years ago I sent him a letter by Fed Ex thinking it might make it to his Executive Assistant and they would direct it to the appropriate parties. That is what happened as I did get a call from other Newmar employees who handled the matter. Since you already own a Newmar going through the brand specialist can also work depending on your issue.

Good luck!

I send an email to dutchstarservice@newmarcorp.com
-and- serviceappointments@newmarcorp.com

The subject should begin with your coach serial number followed by a short topic.

In the body describe the issue(s) you want covered.

They only need 1 item to setup an appointment and then you can add on by using the same method.

I have an appointment for sep. 3. Started out with 4 items before we began our summer trip. Now I have 43 items. Most are very small petty items, a few that I am almost ashamed to ask them to fix as I could easily do it myself...almost ashamed, but not quite.

Thanks redbaron73 ... I have made a request like you suggested. Sounds like I am in the same boat. Started our out west trip with a short list and it is growing some.

I know they had openings in September when I talked to carl on Thursday.

I setup my request in April, and asked for Sep.3 as it lined up with my travel plans

Time fo a reality check! Trying to go directly to a CEO, head of Engineering or head of Production in any large corporation simply isn't going to happen. If it was that easy, none of those people would have time to do anything but answer phone calls and e-mails. That's why they delegate responsibilities to staff members.

Not sure why the OP wants to go directly to those folks, but working through the brand specialist or service advisor is likely the most productive avenue. If you can't get satisfaction there, ask to be transferred to their supervisor or manager. Do the same at each level you move up to. Eventually, you will get to the level where someone gives you a definitive answer. The answer may, or may not, be what you were hoping for, but it will be...in nearly every case...the answer the corporation will stand behind.

The email for Matt Miller is incorrect. Today received a email from him on a topic related to irv2 and Newmar owners. Will see what comes out soon.

We are very sensitive to when we email Matt. Would suggest contacting someone at the next lower level and save your emails for the top when it is really important. Private message me with your major issue and might be able to assist you with other contacts at Newmar.
