Newmar Cracked Floor Tiles

We recently purchased our second new Dutch Star (first one was a 2012), with both having the porcelain floor tile running through from front to back including the bedroom. Again with the new one, we are experiencing several tiles cracking from day one. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Not an easy fix.....even with warranty. Thanks for your help!

Should be an easy fix, crazy that you're having the problem.

We've only broke one of the small glass tiles. It happened while we were working on adjusting the slide.

I would try to identify the cause of the tiles breaking.
If it happens with nobody stepping on them, it could be temperature.

If it happens only with foot traffic, then it could be individually or a combination of temperature, weight of person walking, rock or nail in heal of shoe, rock floor was not prepped properly for installation of tiles, or the tiles are defective.

Here is information if its a heated tile floor plus plank floor if you had one..
