Newmar customer Service
About a week ago I sent a picture of my passenger set to Newmar as some of it was, what I though, discolored.
A few pictures and ask if there is a way to fix it. I was thinking some leather spray, or conditioner.
Maybe they would send me a bottle of something to apply.
2 days ago I get an email that stated Newmar would replace all of my furniture that is the color and apologized for my troubles.
Yes!! It is a premium coach, but these guys are like Rock Stars in the customer service field.
They gave me choice of where I wanted it done or they would do it at the factory!!
I called my local dealer, Southaven RV, and they already had the info and will call me once everything is in to do the work!!
The takeaway for me here is do your research when you buy a coach, make sure you know what you get, not only between the bumpers but also from the customer service side !!

Newmar's do have problems but they also take care of these problems. Been getting this kind of customer service for 21 years. It's not new. That is why we just purchased our LA.

Newmar did something similar with us.
We bought the coach new from North Trail and as part of the deal ordered an L shaped sofa to replace the straight couch it came with and had it shipped to Nappanee for installation.
Newmar installed the sofa but the fabric was close but still off from the existing furniture. I could live with it but DW could not so Newmar changed everything else out to match the sofa, citing they could no longer get the original fabric. The swapped out the booth dinette, recliner, and recovers both Captain's chairs under warranty.

I also had a similar situation with my Newmar. The seat was showing some minor sign of wearing and asked Newmar if they would supply replacement covers if I paid for the installation. They elected to replace the furniture rather than just covers
What more can you ask for from a company!!!!!!!

Newmar replaced both of my sofas and also the driver and passenger seats last year due to some bad fabric coming on the original installed furniture. No questions asked and no charge. They also did some other curtesy work while I was up there that I did not even mention to them. They just saw something that needed to be fixed and fixed it!

Have to agree with the great customer service at Newmar. They just replaced our bad transfer switch, which granted is under warranty. A big thumbs up to Jessica and Branden with the Ventana LE service group.
