Newmar Customer Service

Does anyone have a viable way to get in touch with Newmar Customer Service. I have tried calling 800-731-8300 numerous times only to be on hold for upwards of an hour with no response.

I have sent numerous (10+) emails to "customerservice@newmarcorp.com" and they all get kicked back saying the mailbox is full? This is over the course of a couple of weeks.

Very frustrated Newmar Dutchstar Owner!

Do you have a sticker on the side window near the driver with your customer reps name and phone number?

The phone number for my 2017 Dutch Star is 866-379-0613.

There is also a number for Freightliner or Spartan help.

Customer service can get busy but I always get in touch with someone.

Each time I call I have to leave a message. It always seem like I am involved with something else when they call. I then have to call them back and again leave a message.

I plan on the doing the email route this time.

Try that.

Unless you have already opened a conversation and are sending the message to a specific individual, I'm afraid that you will find the email route to be less effective than calling. It seems that their order of priority is fielding active phone calls, then they get to answering phone messages, and then finally they get to emails. I would persevere with the phone route and maybe call early in the day (like 7am eastern).

If you have too many attachments or pictures in your email it will kick back. I learned this early so I created a Word document for my running warranty list with inline images then I export it to PDF and use dropbox to share a link with them. They then download the PDF to review it. So if you're attaching files to your emails keep it to one or a few and small. They really need to fix their email game.

I have called Newmar CS four times in past five days and got through every time. I did get put on hold three of the four times, but they answer right away.

The number I call is for the Dutch Star (866-379-0613). I would guess other brands have different numbers. My CS guy mentioned they have eleven folks taking phone calls.
