Newmar Dutch Star issues

We bought our first Newmar in July (2017 Dutch Star 4369) and have 2 issues that we're having trouble getting resolved. The first is the significantly rough ride (Freightliner chassis) that we've tried to smooth out by adjusting tire air pressure. Has anyone else had this problem? Have a solution?
The second is finding water in the cargo compartment that holds the electrical cable, but only intermittently. It seems to occur when the coach has been sitting in an RV park for several days and isn't perfectly level.
Any help would be appreciated!

Check under the computer station for the connection of the water to the refrigerator. In our last two units it was leaking due to bad fittings.
Yes we ride rough. Try ride height adjustment and we ended up underinflating the tires. We were told 130 in front based on weight, I'm at 115 cold. It helped.

Welcome to the forum and irv2.
Congrats on your DSDP and a welcome to the Newmar family.
Here is a thread about tire pressures and to follow up on your coach TSB's use this link, has also much more info for you.
All the links below in my signature have answers for your Newmar.
When you fill your water tank do you over fill it?
If you are not boon docking you do not need a full tank and that will also give you added room to carry more stuff.
Enjoy the forum and safe travels.

Koni has a new shock out for your chassis called the Evo. I originally pulled the shocks off of my Dutch Star and put Koni FSD's on the rear and tag and Koni Adjustables on the front. I found the Adjustables did nothing for the ride. A few months ago, I put the Evo's on the front and got about 50%-60% ride improvement. I was still hearing the thumps in the road, but not feeling them as before. One of the big indicators in the better ride was less noise in the cab of the coach and from the front MCD shades....not bouncing around as much.

Cost?

Thanks so much, Dutch Star Don - do you remember the cost of the Koni Evo shocks you installed on the front of your rig?
