Hi, and welcome to iRV2.com! I do not know the part number but someone here should.

I have had success restoring my yellowed and foggy headlights by rubbing them with nail polish remover (acetone). I learned about this trick from this post: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f101/fogg...hts-232.html#4

Good luck!

Walmart sells the kits to polish the lenses or their ato repair section will do it for a small price.

I have the same year as yours and I believe I've read it here that a 1995-1999 Ford Bronco is the exact replacement.
I would try the lense cleaner/polishing first. You could also try 'Bartenders Helper' at your local store, a powder like Ajax but less abrasive. It worked good on some light scratching on a cars windsheild that the wipers had scratched.
YMMV!

Welcome lonestarace to the Newmar forum and irv2.
You need to know what headlamp assembly use for your coach for that year. Give them a call and have your coach build number.
Than you may be able to find the lamp assembly at a location like this.
Once you have the manufacturer you should be able to match up.
A junk yard may have it cheaper also.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

Rick is correct, it uses headlight assemblies from a 1995-99 Ford Bronco. I helped a friend use a kit with several grades of wet sandpaper and a plastic polish and we removed about 80% of the yellow color and made the old headlights look good, but a year later they were yellowed again. He ended up replacing them with new headlight assemblies.

Look here, these are the same as my 2000 Kountry star. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/se...name:Headlight)

They make a euro look clear lens replacement as well, about 200 bucks a pair.
Look for the DOT number on the outside edge of the lens, then just google it.

love your diy site, have thought of many of those things, we actually put in large flat screen tv's both front and back in coach, and used swing arms and fixed arms with plates, my husband HATES rattles and such while driving so they will not move or shake on ANY road, even Alaska Hwys which we tested last summer. thanks, I will save our site for him.. lisa

If you get a snapring pliers set like this one - Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices It will make the removal much easier, a mirror and flash light too will help you get to the inside of the fender. Also may need and extra long philips head screw driver to access a blind mount screw and a stubby one to be able to turn it inside the wheelwell.

Headlamp Removal/Installation

Do you have any suggestions on how to remove and re-install the headlamp?
