Well, today I started looking at other manufactures. Beaver really jumps out to me. any reviews?

We are in kind of the same situation.
We have the 2001 Windsor and are looking to move to a newer coach in the near future.
Newmar is the front runner which is why I read the forum often.
Beaver, Monaco and Holiday Rambler also made some very good quality coaches in the early 2000's to about 2007.
Alpine Coach is another quality coach worth a look.
The Newmar family is a strong network from what I can tell and would encourage you to not overlook not only the quality of the coaches, but the support available in forums like this one.
