Any Newmar dealer should be very willing to supply you with Order Sheets for all models you are looking at or thinking about. While they may want you to buy something they have in inventory (and on floor plan), they should also be very willing to order just what you want and have it built by Newmar (right now about 8 weeks out from date of order arriving in Nappannee from dealer).
To order allows them to have the unit sold in advance, involves very little floor plan interest (just from date of release of unit when it comes "off line" till you take delivery after MH arrives at dealer and is PDI'd) and does not tie up dealer lot space. Overhead on an ordered unit is very little.
If you buy a Newmar product, be sure to get to Nappanee for a tour of the plant. It is a truly memorable experience. They are very friendly, they will go out of their way to answer each and every question you and your wife have about the coach you are interested in buying and you will be very impressed with the quality of all that goes into building your Newmar coach. It's just a lot of fun watching the coaches going down the production line -- and you are likely to see examples of many of the coaches Newmar builds as they all go down the same production line in Building 7 where they give the tours.
Good luck and welcome to our Forum.
