Some time ago, someone referred me to a Newmar website in which you could enter your unit number and several links would come up specific to your unit type regarding TSB's and parts.
I guess I didn't save it and can't find it on the Newmar site. Anyone know where this is?
Thanks
Don

Found this on the Newmar Web site. Not sure if it's what you are looking for.

Thanks to both, but I got a site where it asked you for your unit number and then the next page was a listing of all the TSBs and various links to specific parts for that unit style.
I have visited the links you both provided but there is not a choice to enter the unit number. It was only in the last week or so when I was able to go there. Could it be that they are updating that function and it is currently not accessible? It was very useful.
I did save a link to it after all, but when it comes up now it asks for a user name and password which it did not before.
It is here.....

That link is the same link on the Newmar web site for parts ordering. The user and password is "retail". Try it and you will come right back to what you get on the web site. Have never seen a site for individual coach info but that would be great is there was one.

Dave (D&S):
BOY!!...you're right. Wouldn't THAT be a wonderful service. Punch in the Serial Number of your coach, and presto, access to all the part codes or part numbers that went into your rig. It's often a major headache trying to locate part/item numbers. Often they're covered in road grime, worn off all together, or..such numbers were never there at all!! When THAT happens, then it's either ya gotta drive your rig into a Newmar Authorized Dealer, have em check your rig for the part ya need, then drive back to some campground, wait a week or so for the dealer to order a part, then pull up stakes and drive back to the dealer for install, etc. etc., OR...ya ask someone here on the Newmar Owners Forum for suggestions....OR...ya try talking to someone in Nappanee with the hope of getting down to the right item ya need....maybe.
YUP....a rig specific parts source list WOULD be one fabulous customer service feature,.....and....likely an attractive marketing feature for the company that could offer it.

We just purchased a pre-owned 2008 KSDP from Midtown RV in Penticton BC. I was supplied with a sheet that lists the VIN, Decor Code and description, model # and serial # of 38 major parts. I would imagine most Newmar dealers can provide this list.

Jim (DocJim):
Yup, most of us have that kind of "list" but trying to find parts to fix those irritating "little" things that we want to fix is VERY cumbersome. Example: See "harleyman's" post on 10/20 where he's trying to find a replacement for his plastic seatbelt shroud..thingy for his 05 Mtn. Aire. Finding such parts ain't easy.
A rig specific (by build Serial Number) parts system for finding those "little" items (ie., washers, light/headlight bulbs or replacements, cabinet latches, hinges, fasteners, etc. etc. etc.) we all need sure would be a boon for RV'rs.......don't ya think???

Well, their server may have been down for a while, but this is the link I was referring to earlier.

There was no problem for me finding the seat belt sheath... I just called Newmar and asked for it, as well as several other parts that I have needed. It would be nice to have a model specific parts search for browsing, but to date I have needed one since Newmar parts is readily available. They have actually emailed me pictures of some of the parts I needed like the battery tray latch, which I couldnt see until I removed the batteries and the tray.

AkaDeadEye,
Have you actually logged in? If so how did you get a login ID and password?

OK, so we still haven't found the model specific site that AkaDeadEye thought he found.

It is there !! Open the site and read the following: COACH SPECIFIC CATALOG
Enter the Newmar Coach Serial # followed by 'CS' or the last 7 digits of the Chassis VIN # in the "SEARCH CATALOG" box above to search by a specific coach. Example: 903172CS or 3409446
LOG ON
Thanks akadeadeye, had never seen this before even though I'd been to the parts site many times. Really neat info on your own coach.
