We bought our 2014 Essex from Ancira RV in Alvarado, Texas. The sales people are very good but once you buy the service sucks! The last time we took the coach to them they had the coach for five weeks and when we went to pick it up they were just working on the list. They lied to us about some items and nearly every item they worked on had to be resolved at another dealers service dept. I would never deal with these people again!
The Ancira RV dealership in Boerne, TX. is entirely different. They took the time to solve the problems, were accommodating and quite skilled. I would highly recommend the Boerne dealership but avoid the Alvarado dealership like the plague!

2X for all the reasons stated by Steve N Sue!

We did one delivery with North Trail, one at the factory and one with Midway. Price, service, professionalism are overall best with Midway.

On a new coach, factory delivery is a great way to go and we would do it again but when a trade is involved and you want a strong, competent, personal service relationship after the sale, our best experience was with Midway -- hands down.
