Sad to hear these kinds of stories, rare as they may be for Newmar coaches. I think Newmar should just buy these problem coaches back, just to protect their brand.

Sorry to hear you had so many problems with your Newmar. I think research shows the three best brands for Class A coaches are Newmar, Tiffin, and Winnebago in no certain order. I owned a new Journey for 2 years and finally got all the bugs out. Both Winnebago and the dealer were excellent in helping me. I sold it because I loved the 4369 floor plan, and bought a 16 DS last November. Just came back from Nappanee for some service work, and although everything did not go perfectly, I was happy with the level of communication I received, and their desire to get everything right before allowing me to go home. We are experiencing some small problems, and plan on returning to Nappanee in September while still under warranty. This coach is far quieter than the Winnie, and driving it is a breeze with Comfort Steer. The Winnie challenged me every step of the way on the highway, constantly fighting the wheel. That alone, makes this coach a better choice for me. If Winnie had a floor plan that fit, I would have considered a Tour, or Ellipse. Best of Luck in your future travels!!

Just a quick comment here, not to disrupt the thread......

John, one other difference in addition to the Comfort Drive.......is your 4369 has a tag axle. If I am correct, the Journey did not. (?)

The tag axle is significant in the stable handling of a coach.
