Newmar Ventana KIB Monitor - snowy display - not working
Hello!!

We are newbies with our Ventana -- and just returned from our first service visit, only to find that our KIB Monitor system is now displaying a "white snow" screen.

There is No Splash screen with Newmar's logo, and doesn't recognize the touch screen either.

Anyone have experience with the KIB monitor? Could it be a fuse or the circuit board?

Welcome any troubleshooting suggestions, can't seem to find a troubleshooting manual on Newgle or KIB's website.
