Newmar will do coach side Air Force One

On our Spartan chassis Dutch Star, Newmar will install in production the coach side only Air Force One (not sure about FL).

Here is the problem I see...
Air Force One coach side cost is only a few dollars less that buying the complete system. So that doesn't add up to me.

But it may be possible to take all the parts to service & have it done (coach side only) if you do Factory Pick Up & then you are able to supply the parts.

What I plan on doing is buying it in advanced & after my Factory Pick Up, I will drive to southern Indiana to SMI Factory (about 5 hours away) & have them do everything for $400.

I got an estimate from Newmar for a "factory" installation of the coach side of AF1, it was as you said, not much less than I paid for the complete installation, both coach and toad, a few years earlier.

I ended up taking the coach the couple of hours to our dealer, Midway, and they did it for half.
