Problem with GFI. My GFI plugs inside of the coach work fine. The GFI outlets in the bay with the inverter will not work. I can't find the GFI reset for the downstairs compartments. Anyone have an idea where this reset switch is located?

Look on your battery solenoid for boost switch may see 5 amp fuse hidden behind wiring.
Other wiring problems look in links below in my signature they have many links to fuse and wiring for Newmar coach's with wiring diagrams.

Thanks for the post 007. I will check out that inline fuse in a couple of days after the snow stops up here in Canada.
I checked out the links you provided and there is a ton of information there. I may also look at the BIRD, as i do not have any power going to my 'boost' switch. Thanks again.
ps...i just read the post about your eye surgery..I hope all is well.

I need to do this, too. Which wires did you move to correct the up/down, on/off issue?

Just pop the switch out and turn it around.

Call Spartan. Give them your year, make, model, & VIN #. They may very well send you a PDF OF YOUR coach.

I had conversations with Spartan and Newmar. Neither one can supply the wiring schematics for my coach. Seems crazy.

I switched the blue ones up front...checked the switch orientation...and stuck it back into the front console. If you google the part number...you can find a spec sheet that shows what the pinouts are for that switch.

Edit... I just looked at the schematic. It may have been terminal 2 and 4..? It's easy to check with a voltmeter....

The DVD that came with my 2005 Scottsdale has some schematics on it as well as plumbing diagrams. They are in pdf format so you need to open while in adobe acrobat.

Swapping the two blue is correct....1 and 4... position 2 is the common post...with the switch directing it to position 2 or 4. The 9/10 wires are for backlight.

The closest you will come to wiring and plumbing for different coach's is what is found in this link.
The QT's links will have wiring diagrams within threads supplied by members on this forum and that I have added for members use.

The COM_NET links on this forum will lead you to more, you can get your coach wiring and plumbing info inmost cases at the end of your Owners Guide use the COM_NET link to get it.

Newmar 12v wiring and fusing. ----- for 2006 -- 2007 years BUT Newmar wiring harness's do not change that much year to year, dash board wiring, controls and even differences between gas or DP coach. Gas & DP dash in this link shown.

You can use this link found in TECH INFO link below. ----Just change info in search block for what you need to find.------ Other brand coach's can use this link also.

007:

I clicked on your link in your post above - the link is "Newmar 12V wiring and fusing" which took me to a 45 page pdf file "2006 & 2007 Low Voltage" with the following URL:

https://comnet2.newmarcorp.com/insta...s/elect12v.pdf

This is great information and I would like to get it for my 2003 Mountain Aire. I went to COM_Net2 and could not find anything like the pdf - only a parts catalog. I also tried a couple of your other links to no avail.

If a pdf does exist specific to 2003 year models, where can I find it?

Thanks.

Jerry I forgot to mention you can get in most cases that information in your
OWNERS GUIDE for your year and coach chassis type found in chapter 15 in your case.

In the COM_NET link, if you read it, the link I provided it explains all the main page info that can be found, you need to read it to get to the info you want.

I have a thread somewhere that shows different model years and coach's with this type info for comparison and that I'am looking for and will post when found.

Here is a good link from Workhorse forum and OEMY's Workhorse information.

Newmar Owners Workhorse Chassis Information

I might add people complain about wiring and where ends go, if you look at the wiring ends you will see fine print on wiring explaining what its for and where it came from, 2000 coach's and up.
If you ever have this panel open and expoased wiring you will see what I mean.
