Hi - We’re going to be in the Phoenix area this winter and are wondering about getting our 2018 Newmar Dutch Star serviced there. We’ve heard good things about NIRVC in other locations, but don’t know anything about the Phoenix location. Has anyone used it? If so, how was your experience?

Have not used NIRVC Phoenix, but we’re in Las Vegas now and we’ve visited their store here and the original location in Lewisville, TX, and the service level has been fantastic. ‘Can’t imagine Phoenix would be any different. NIRVC is all about Service.

We were there just before coming to Las Vegas Nd had a few warranty issues fixed on our 2020 New Aire and they are fantastic. We have been there a couple of other times Nd always had a great experience. Call them Nd schedule a visit or drop in for a visit after you get there this fall, I think you will like what you find and your experience there.

They take care of my London Aire, no problems. John is the tech you want. He knows Newmar pretty well. Good luck.
