All's well when on generator, as soon as it kicks off, all 110 volt appliances are off until generator is started or it's plugged in to shorepower.
The house batteries are well charged and read 13+ on the overhead console as well as checking the batteries with a voltmeter. The 30a breaker on the inverter in the basement is not kicked and all 110v breakers in the middle bath are ok.
2006 Essex 4508 all electric.
Any ideas would be appreciated greatly.

JVR, there are some discussions in threads on inverters plus options on batteries with Essex. Not sure will help until someone else picks this question up for you.

Check your panel (above the driver's seat)...make sure you are where you want to be; that is, inverter on, charger on, etc.

another possibility is the transfer switch in the inverter might be bad or isn't getting signal to kick over. Usually it is a bad contactor.

Check and see if you have a Magnum ME 3112 inverter and if you do call Magnum Energy up in Washington at 425-353-8833 and they can pretty well tell you what could be wrong with the inverter. I had a voltage spike in mine and it blew the AC board which has the transfer switch in it, They overnighted me one for around $225. Newmar wanted $2600 to replace the whole thing. It was easy to replace. Hard part is getting 50lb inverter down from frame rails. You can pull the wiring cover off without removing inverter and check if you have 110v out when on inverter. Just open basement door next to outdoor ent center and pull out drawer and lay down and slide back in and look up in-between frame rails.
