First you have an inverter, not a converter. Your remote panel shows everything OK there. No fault shows as Dennis said. It shows you have AC coming in from power pedestal. The charger has the batteries charged.

My guess would be power is not getting through the intellitec solenoid. Put a jumper wire between the two posts where the large cables are hooked and see if then you have power.

Welcome to the forum.
Some older coach's had fuse links off the house batteries here is a Owners Guide lets see if yours had them. Here is a Brochure also.
Did not see the fuse link picture but you do have some good wiring diagrams for coach.
This link will bring you to TSB's for your coach which you may have many.
All the links below in my signature have info for your coach also.
You may want to check the battery ground cables to your chassis frame.
Let us know how you are making out with this added info.

I notice you have an Intelletec Battery Control System (Same as I do) that makes it easier

The red light on the control panel is OFF indicating no 12 volts

Press the USE button, hear a CLUNK Does the light come on (GOOD part of the problem solved but you still have issues, or may have)

Press STORE another clunk, light goes off. If so then that's working, press USE again

You still have to figure out if the converter is working Now this is also easy.. THE OTHER SWITCH, press it, don't matter which way What is the voltage 13+ Converter working less than 13 converter not working

I posted above trouble shooting for that.

I like built in diagnostic devices

Oh, NO CLUNK and no light.. Happened to me, post and I'll take you past that one too.
