I just traded in my 2003 KS 3301 on a new leftover 2005 KS 3910. I discovered that I have no owners manuals to cover the Spartan chassis, the Cummins engine, or the Allison transmission. The dealer told me to call Newmar. The tech at Newmar told me they do not include those manuals in their package and told me to call Spartan. I have called Spartan twice now and waited on hold for at least a half hour each time without talking to a real person. I find it hard to believe that these manuals are not included in a new motorhome. Any suggestions? I also have a concern regarding the ride height, as I scraped the fiberglass front end twice in the first four days while entering driveways with a slight incline. I now have some serious damage to the fiberglass that needs to be repaired. Is this an issue with the KS on a Spartan chassis or is there something wrong with my motorhome or my driving or both?

My 05 KSDP 3720 came with a Freightliner,a Caterpillar and an Allison manual. How many miles did the "New leftover" have on the odometer?---did the dealer lose some of the manuals?---or was it the former owner?
On the other hand, your manuals should have come with the chassis via Spartan .

With my signature coach came a large three ring binder. The name on the binder is Spartan. Inside the binder are all the manuals mentioned in your post and more.

Do you have a large three ring binder?

Update---Finally got through to Spartan. They said it is the dealer's responsibility to provide the manuals. I spoke to the dealer again and they told me to go online and print them. Phoned Newmar again and told them of my previous conversations. Once again Newmar came through and they will send my missing manuals.
