No power to 7 pin for trailer electric brakes

I've posted this in the Sparton forum but thought maybe someone might help here too. I'm trying to install a Prodigy wireless brake controller. There is no power to the electric brake 7 pin. The pin is in the 5 o'clock position. Blue wire runs to it. I'm having trouble tracing it. Fuses for brake lights, turn signal etc. up front above generator. I can find one for the trailer brakes. Where do I go from here?

There is a wiring harness under the dash next to the steering wheel colum.
The blue wire runs to the pin. That is where mine is.
