No power to tow vehicle lights

I have been lurking and learning on this forum for the past three months.
I have a new to me, 2000 Dutch Star DP With Spartan Chassis.
We are traveling in NM and AZ and are having a problem with blown fuses and no power to the tow vehicle lights.

I have replaced fuses in the fuse boxes I can find that apply to lights. (Near the converter in the rear in Box #2)
Is there a fuse for the pigtail that I am missing?

I have documentation that was sent to the previous owner from Spartan in a 2001 fax (9 pages) that talks about a "16 pin connector that Newmar hooks into" and "Drops out of the chassis". It refers to a chart that includes Cavity 1 Circuit SP090 and Cavity 1 is identified as "Tow Vehicle Power".

Is this another fuse box I haven't found? Where is it?

Any other ideas of what I might try?

Welcome to the forum AME.
If you have not done it check the 7 pin plug at rear of coach that has cable to your tow.
Wires within this plug will loosen from screw connections and cause all sorts of problems for you.
Also connections in the cable between vehicles.

Hi AME Colorado,
Please help me understand if you are having a problem with the tow (coach) vehicle lights or the toad (towed) vehicle lights.
