I hope you don't run into those lovebugs. If it's any consolation when you get down my way, River Bend allows washing of coaches and also have contactor wash people.

Roger, I would think the "all quiet" topic should die a slow death as the past two nights I've slept overtop of a slipping HWH jack and now have knocked off yet again the infamous wind sensor....I love my coach being tall inside, but at 13 feet it is higher than most municipalities trim their trees....For instance,I was told by the folks at the municipal center in Virginia Beach they cut "city" roads at 12' and "State" roads are cut at 13'....As I exited Lowes today onto NC Route 17, I couldn't escape a stand of trees that I felt were Lowes responsibility..
Anyway....just with the ongoing (not solved) fan belt issues I think we'll fracture the silence...

Bob,
Our rear drivers side jack keeps slipping also! Our Dip had a leaking jack. It made no sound as it slowly lost height. This jack goes bump evertime it loses height. I don't understand why it's height loss is quantized?
At any rate, when you figure our who and how you're going to solve it, let me know.

Hey Road, Jeremy stopped by here to pick up something from his tool box and he's thinking air in the lines would be the "first" place to check..
He also told me there's NO other acceptable sensor for our Girard's as it's spinnin' spoons for us.
My wife got home safe after driving in a torrential downpour down 95 and 58 most of the afternoon....While she realizes we saved a bunch of $$ on burnin' diesel to VA and then back to NC, she's still pooped after wrestling that ragtop Wrangler all the way home...
Guess I'm in the wrong topic.....sorry!
I'm headed to see "Man of the Year" with Robin Williams over at the Mayfaire,as the DW's not much on movies....I always use the Wilmington trip to see movies...

Looking back in this thread 2006 we had 150 threads and 6000 posts today that has changed to 21,021 threads and 255,269 posts as of today.
Newmar forum is the third busiest on irv2, early years mostly gas coach's now I will say the DP's out number gas coach's by threefold.

Pretty much that way in production as well, so it stands to reason it'd be that way in the forums....

Yep it took me two years of research and numerous RV shows before I finally settled on and found my Newmar. It has treated me well. Normal maintenance issues, a failed tire value extender and three failed AC units, covered under warranty, but that is about it for now (knock on wood).

Alan, that's what happens with a change out of new owners and new servers you lose a few things, I was trying to find some pictures on a post of old member and his link to his picture were missing from the link on his post, I believed he pass away, rest his soul.
