What are the chances that I can get work done at the factory and pay for the work? Working on the road has disadvantages like getting warranty work done. I waited to long to get my slides fixed/adjusted. Plus the counter top crackedbehind the sink.

I'm not sure I properly understand your question.

You can get warranty work done at the factory. All you need is an appointment.

You can get customer pay work at the factory with discounts during January, February and March. Again an appointment is required.

George, the warranty season runs from April 1st to the end of September, than any non-warranty issues are scheduled at the factory from September to the end of March.
Newmar was looking to change this time table but as of now I believe it's still the same, your best bet would be to contact Newmar and schedule an appointment. 1-800-731-8300 Ed.S

Newmar will do non-warranty from Jan-March this is their slow period and they try to keep the employees working
They also do warranty work from Jan-March
I am taking advantage of this time period to have PAY Work done, they charge $65 per hour for upgrades plus having some warranty work done
Newmar is also thinking about doing pay work year round

Probably because they'll have excess capacity as the three year warranty cycles out.

I was at the factory the 3 days before Thanksgiving, and the winter discount rates were effective then.

They started the reduced rates early last year, so it pays to call the factory with any questions.
