Unhappy Norcold electronic desplay out

My Norcold fridge in my 2006 Dutch Star was working fine on a great trip to Texas last week with friends. However after a few days it stopped. The indicator light on the front of the double door unit will not light up as if it has no power. I checked the fuse in the bathroom cabinet and also the breaker marked fridge or freezer. Both look good. Any thoughts?

What model do you have?

The first thing that comes to mind is that either you have lost 12V service to the control panel or the panel has gone bad on you.

Next guess?

Have you had the recall done on your Norcold?
If you have the control box may have disconnected your 12V to control board.
Also there is a 12V fuse on control board.
The breaker is for only the heating elements for fridge, 12V runs the fridge.
Check around cooling coils in bottom outside vent for yellow substance or possible ammonia smell.

Lost 12v to the control panel or the control board is bad. Check for 12v power on back of fridge near the burner can. You will at least know the power from the coach to tht point is good, or bad. Check for yellow residue and such in the piping on rear of fridge. Carefull sniff around. Ammonia smell ?? If so, it's toast...
