I need to have my two year service done on my 'fridge. As I have no dealer in my home town but will be at the factory in early May, I wondered if any had used the services of one of the companies in Elkhart. A check of the website for Norcold shows a number that might be used.

Ron, when your at the Newmar service center in May it can be done there. I had two AC's serviced when I was there they callin service people for particular product if they can't handle it.

If its been working fine it may just need the flue for gas burner serviced.

Ron, any RV service center can service the refrigerator to get the third year warranty. Be sure to keep the invoice to prove it was done just in case you need to have coverage during that third year. Good luck and enjoy!
