"cyclehouse17"......That's EXACTLY why I changed mine. Mine was routed to the patio and hung low, causing some dragging. I know many say theirs have been routed out the back of the coach or to the generator, but that is a LOT of low hanging pipe under the coach. When I rerouted mine, I removed about 6' out of 12' of pipe, raised the piping 2" and made the entire unit look much cleaner. When done, my exited under the full wall slide. When running, the exhaust and odor easily clears the side of the coach. I changed ours three years ago and no issues.

so I just wanted to share with you all the response I got from ITR below.

When mounting the Oasis NE Heating System in a coach, the typical mounting location for the exhaust outlet is under the floor of the heater compartment and out from the side of the coach, or out from the other side of the coach, directly across from the heater.
The Oasis NE Heating System will allow a maximum of 12' of exhaust piping, without any bends (excluding the exit bend from the heater).
Position the outlet of the exhaust pipe so that the exhaust exits out from under the side of the coach, not directly underneath the coach or under an opening window or vent.
If the exhaust is mounted under a slide-out, the outlet of the exhaust must be a minimum of 36" (inches) below the slideout, including skirt and moldings.

Mine was far more than 12 feet with a bend. We have no issues with smell or noise. It looks so much better without all of that low hanging pipe.
