Does anyone have this system in their coach? Maybe a newer model Mountain Aire? A friend is looking at possibly buying a 08 MADP 4528 and it has this system in it. He and I both have had Aqua Hot systems, but never an Oasis. Who makes it? Any info would be appreciated.....

We have one. Works fine. We use the water heater loop daily. The furnace loops are used occasionally, mostly when we want to heat up the bathroom independent of the other zones.

It's basically the same as the Aquahot, just by a different manufacturer.

I have a new Dutch Start with the Oasis hydronic system. I have a full sized cover on the RV. Can I keep the cover on the RV if I turn on the heat using the Oasis system to keep the water lines from freezing. The temperature is supposed to be in the mid 20's the next few nights.

yes you can run the heater as long as you keep the cover away from the inlet to the heater and the hot exhaust

Hi: Had Hydro/Aqua Hot in our 06 Mtn. Aire, and now have the Oasis in our 08 Essex. Definitely like the Oasis as it's significantly quieter and cleaner burning than the HydroHot was, BUT, either system is a great feature to include in a rig. Sure beats messin with runnin, and re-runnin, for propane all the time in cool weather camping. Steve & Lynette

Greg welcome to the Newmar forum and irv2.
You need the exhaust clear of your cover and need to be aware of carbon monoxide build up under the cover as newc has warned. The silent killer.
Enjoy the forum and do post often.

Thnaks for the help and the suggestions. I found the air intake for the Oasis system. It is underneath the RV, not out the side. The exhaust is clear of the cover by 5". It was 16 degrees this morning and when I checked the storage bay it was 40 degrees so the Oasis helps heat the bays. I have the Furnace set on 50 degrees and the Oasis is working great. It is suposed to be 70 degrees here in a few days.

Thanks again,
Greg
