I turned on the cabin heat portion of the hydronic system this am for the first time since last year. No heat. Just room temp. air. All the blowers work. Coolant lines cold. Hot water for the sinks and shower work fine. Outside panel shows green lights indicating zone heating is working. NOT!
I'm wondering if there is a pump(s) that should be on? My previous Hydro Hot system had a check valve that periodically need a "love" tap from a wrench to open.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Here is a link to some maintenance that may need to be done because of no use.
Here is a link for your system.
May be something to do with your controller with the pumps also a solenoid for winter summer use.
Both systems have links in Quick Tips.

It appears that the problem is in the distribution panel. As this is hard for my old body to reach and we're getting by very well with the electric elements and heat pumps I'll not do anything now. We'll be in the Ft. Myers area in Dec. and I'll get North Trail to have a look.
I'll post findings then.

North Trial tech tapped on the check valves located on top of the distribution enclosure out of view several times and they popped open. He said that I should run the cabin heat every month or so to prevent them sticking closed.

John (racer0624):
Thanks for feedback on the Oasis problem. Our 08, 4502 EXDP has the Oasis and it's been working fine, but ya never know when that "love tap" might be the solution. It's been darned COLD over here in Rockport, TX so we've occasionally fired her up to warm the place up...even though those WONDERFUL in-floor units might be on, we once in awhile kick on the Oasis......real cozy Steve

I had a similar problem with my Oasis. I would call them there are very helpful. My turned out to be the wrong size fuses for the circulating pumps. We simply change from 5 amp to 10 amp and have had no problems since.
I hope this helps, Daryl
